The Trustees of The Hermes Viraat Heritage Trust have been made aware of the problems that the mothers/fathers/wives/brothers/sisters and children of the 255 Falklands veterans from all Armed Forces who didn't return have experienced in trying to get funding from any source to go to the Islands and see what your next of kin fought for.
It is for this reason we are looking in to potential funding sources to pay for a trip in the future for you to meet the Islanders, travel in the Islands and visit the memorials.
In order for funders to consider this project we need to provide them with answers to questions they will ask, hence the reason for this survey. Rest assured any answers given will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this project.
If you have been before it doesn't prevent you from going again via this project.
We will have to limit the scope of the project to next of kin only due to funding. parents/wives/brothers/sisters and children.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee the project will come to fruition but we will try our hardest.
